Tapliner is BYOB — we bring the trailer, the four-tap self-pour system, CO₂, lines, and glassware, and you supply the kegs. That means the lineup is entirely up to you: beer, wine, seltzer, cocktails on tap, cold brew, lemonade, or any custom kegged combination you'd like.

Every rental includes the mobile self-pour trailer, keg & CO₂ equipment (lines connected and ready to pour once your kegs arrive), delivery, setup, and pickup, 50 custom cups, event menu & signage, the digital experience screen, and a photo recap email after the event.

A standard half-barrel keg pours roughly 165 twelve-ounce servings. Most events do well with 2–4 kegs depending on guest count and how long the taps are open — we're happy to help you plan quantities when you book.

No — Tapliner is a drop-off rental. We deliver the trailer, set everything up, and walk you through how it works before we head out, then we're back after your event to break it down and pick it up. There's no dedicated attendant staying on-site during the event itself.

The trailer runs on standard 110V power — a regular outlet is enough. If your venue doesn't have easy power access, let us know and we can talk through generator options. No water hookup is required.

The trailer can operate outdoors through light rain, but heavier weather may mean relocating under cover or adjusting the setup. We'll stay in touch as your date approaches if rain is in the forecast and help you plan a backup spot.

We're based near Cleveland and typically serve events within about an hour's drive — Northeast Ohio and the surrounding communities. A little farther out? Reach out anyway and we'll see what we can work out.

Popular dates — weekends, holidays, peak wedding season — can fill up months in advance, so we recommend booking as soon as you have a date set. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon; we'll always check current availability.

Deposits are non-refundable. The final date by which a cancellation is still refundable depends on your rental package — we'll confirm those terms with you during booking.
